Corporate History

Liz started her career in Finance and is a Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA).  She then went on to hold senior roles in Customer Experience and Program Management.  In her last role she led and coordinated teams to deliver complex projects across Europe, US and Asia.  Her inclusive leadership style and collaborative approach meant that she was able to make vast improvements in customer experience worldwide.

Liz knows what it takes to progress successfully through many different roles in a global company.  She experienced the rapid growth of Equinix over a number of years.  She has extensive experience of the challenges that new leaders face whilst building their careers.  Working in some extremely difficult roles, she has learnt how the challenges of working outside your comfort zone can accelerate career development.

Liz also has first-hand experience of working in companies that go through significant change.  She spent over 5 years in a leadership role on a global transformation project.  It was through this role that she gained a thorough understanding of group dynamics and subsequently developed several high performing teams.

Coaching History

Liz specialises in coaching individuals, teams and groups in small to medium technology companies.  Her clients include both experienced leaders and those new to leadership.  She frequently works with high growth companies or those going through significant change.  Despite being based in the UK she coaches internationally and has many clients based in Europe and the US.

Liz is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach and an accredited Executive Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC).  She holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching and a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching.
